Three egg omelette with spring onion, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and feta cheese. Served with bacon, avocado and rocket.

Scrambled eggs with rosemary. Zucchini & Roma tomatoes with skinless chilli beef & Italian herb and garlic sausage. Wilted spinach – all this was essentially tossed in a frying pan with a dash of olive oil and cooked up with the herbs mixed in. Bursting with flavour and takes less than 10 mins. Lemongrass & Ginger tea. You can buy ginger fresh and it is full of health benefits and has a calming undertone with the lemongrass. This was bought from Blue Ginger cafe in Margaret River.
